Processing Time

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours (M-F) of your purchase.

If there is a delay in your order because we are unable to verify your billing or shipping information, you will be notified by phone and/or email. We know you want your gear quick - and we'll do our best to ship it as quickly as possible.


U.S. Shipping

We use USPS and UPS for all domestic shipments, unless otherwise noted. Shipping options for your order can be previewed with the Shipping Estimator, available on the Shopping Cart page.

You will receive a tracking number once we have shipped your order, but please be patient as there is often a one day lag before tracking information will begin to show updates.


International Shipping

We ship to every country in the world. All international packages are sent via either UPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International.

Please note that shipping time can vary widely depending on your country and the customs process there. Depending on the shipping service, tracking may not continue after the package leaves the US, but please rest assured that the package is on its way to you.
Typical international shipping times are between 6-14 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).


APO Military Shipping

We support our troops and take great pleasure in shipping our products to them. We use either First Class or Priority Mail to ship to APOs. Shipping time varies by the military's shipping procedures, but orders typically arrive in 4-8 business days.


Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products.

If one of our products isn't working for you or if you feel it has let you down, please contact us to let us make it right. We request that you please return products in new, resellable condition if possible.
